Starting at Göschwitz station, we will hike together into the Leutra Valley on the southern outskirts of Jena. Until just a few years ago, a heavily trafficked highway ran through the valley. Now, nature has reclaimed the area. During the hike, we’ll have the chance to see wild orchids and other plant species. Along the way, we’ll enjoy a variety of scenic views and will surely find a pleasant spot for a picnic.
⚠️ Note: Dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy footwear!
⚠️ Note: Please note that we’ll be in a nature reserve. Stay on the designated paths.

Beginnend am Bahnhof Göschwitz werden wir gemeinsam in des Leutratal am südlichen Stadtrand von Jena wandern. Durch das Leutratal hat bis vor wenigen Jahren noch eine viel befahrene Autobahn geführt. Nun hat sich die Natur das Gelände zurückerobert. Während der Wanderung werden wir die Chance haben wilde Orchideen und andere Pflanzenarten zu sehen. Auf unserer Wanderung werden sich verschiedene Ausblicke bieten und sicher auch ein netter Ort für ein Picknick.
