We plan to travel to Bad Schandau and spend the night at Ostrauer Mรผhle. The accommodation is beside a cannel in a beautiful valley. We plan to stay in the Wanderquartier, a house with 34 beds in a dormitory setup. There are other options available, please check the link provided for more information.

On the first day, we plan to unpack at the house and then have lunch together. Then we plan to have a sunset hike to a nearby hill. We will then head back and have dinner together. There are cooking facilities there so we all hope to cook together something simple for lunch and dinner. You may bring your own food should you chose to not participate in the communal feast.
The next day we plan to have breakfast together, hopefully in the same style. After breakfast, our destination will be Bastei Bridge and the valley behind it. We will try to take the last ferry and head back to Jena.

-Food enough for 4 meals ( We will bring something along and the cost will be divided amongst everyone.)
-Please bring toiletries and hygiene products with you.
-The House will provide blankets and pillows with each bed.
-Please bring games with you.
-Please carry cash with you.
Disclaimer:
*Only people who are able to deposit the sum of 20 euro by 31.07.2024 (15hr) will be considered for the event. in other words after you deposit the money, we can take you along.
*Cost breakdown involves the following: Cost per bed- 16 euro, city tax- 2 euro and 5 euro for possible food preparations (this 5 euro is under discussion)
*There is a possibility that there are additional costs that may come up. We will divide it amongst everyone involved with the cost.
*There is always the possibility that we will not get the reservations for the house. We will refund any money taken to the individuals.
*In case anyone backs out/cancles after 31.07.2024 (15hr), we do not guarantee a refund.
This is our first time organising such a grand event. We call upon your cooperation and patience as we take on this journey together.
