Visit to Buchenwald Memorial Add Feedback

ึŽึ Description ึŽึ

Together, we would like to visit a historically significant place: The former Buchenwald concentration camp near Weimar. It was one of the largest camps on German soil. Between 1937 and 1945, 56,000 people lost their lives here. We will take a guided tour and learn about the history of camp facilities, visit the museum, and see the memorial and the prominently visible bell tower.

โš ๏ธ Note: The guided tour will be in German with English translation.

โš ๏ธ Note: Please bring money for the tour as they charge a small fee for the guided tour.

โš ๏ธ Note: Please bring warm clothes because part of the tour will be outside.
