Autumn hike from Lobeda to Paradies Add Feedback

We are taking a relaxed hike starting in Jena Lobeda, first heading to Lobdeburg. From there, we follow the Mittlere Horizontale trail until we reach Pennikental, which is known for its cascading terraces of calcareous tufa. Passing by the so-called Diebeskrippe (Thief's Crib), we continue along the hiking trail and end our hike at the Paradiesbahnhof (Paradise Train Station) in the city centre.

Wir unternehmen eine entspannte Wanderung von Jena Lobeda aus, die uns zunächst nach Lobdeburg führt. Von dort folgen wir dem Weg der Mittleren Horizontale bis zum Pennikental, das für seine Kaskadenterrassen aus Kalktuff bekannt ist. Vorbei an der Diebeskrippe folgen wir weiter dem Wanderweg und beenden unsere Wanderung am Paradiesbahnhof im Stadtzentrum.
